Review | A Worthy Opponent

A WORTHY OPPONENT
BY: KATEE ROBERT
SERIES: WICKED VILLAINS #3

REVIEW: I absolutely loved this book. This series is just amazing. Katee does such amazing BDSM erotica and I am dying to read more. I need to talk about Tink. Tink is plus size, fierce, strong, and just a bit self-conscious. She was in an abusive relationship and she is still dealing with the effects from the horrible things she went through and Katee does an amazing job of handling Tink’s PTSD. And Hook, omg he is so hot. Tink is one lucky woman. All the characters in the book/series are bisexual and they’re all MMF books. I normally don’t read MM stuff written by women but Katee does such an amazing job with it, that it’s making me want to reconsider my stance on it and check out more books. I cannot express enough how much I love this series, I definitely think that everyone who is a fan of this genre really needs to read these books. They’re just amazing.

Starting Fresh, A New Blog Name

Hello, how are you?
It’s so typical of me to talk about myself I’m sorry
I hope that you’re well
Did you ever make it out of that town where nothing ever happened

Hello it’s me Denise from the blog formerly known as Dandelionn Wine (Book Blog). It’s been a good six months or so since I have actively posted here or blogged. And I had to do some soul searching to figure out what was keeping me from something I loved so dearly. And after several days of long, long thoughts on it, I figured it out. I’ve changed drastically in six months.

So I’m going to get a bit personal in this next part so if you want to stop reading here you can. Just know that I am going to be back to my blogging once I get everything completely changed over. (Basically make new graphics/psds for new posts and get some books read.)

I recently, last October, left an abusive household (a parent) and it wasn’t until I left that I realized how abusive the situation was and how bad it was effecting me. I started to become happier, was doing more outside the house, socializing. Then at the beginning of this year I took a huge setback because of that said parent. When I started blogging it was an escape from the bad situation that I was in and then when things changed for me I felt at odds with blogging. I wanted to but I had trouble bringing myself to use the current blog then I realized that I needed a fresh start. Then I had to decide, did I want a completely fresh start, or to leave the old stuff, and just start with a new blog name and continue posting. I decided to just change the name and continue posting, I felt a little bit of anxiety at the thought of not having all of my blogging stuff in the one spot.

As for reviews, I am hoping to have one up tomorrow (Thursday) and to get some scheduled. I would also like to get into making some other posts, I want to come up with a feature that is just mine, but keep doing the Waiting on Wednesday because that is one of my favorites.

Anyway, look for me to be back soon, I hope that y’all stick around.

♥, Denise
